What is the ruling on my helping two non-Arab individuals with the intention of entering into a state of Ihram by saying: "Labbayk Allahumma Hajj Muta'an biha ila 'Umra"?

The intention to enter into the ritual (Nusuk) is located in the heart. It is recommended to vocalize the specification of the Nusuk, but even if one does not vocalize it, their state of is valid based on what was firmly intended in their heart. And if one articulates something other than what they intended, what counts is what is in the heart.
