The answer

If you have made an effort to reconcile with your brother, and he rejects it, then there is no sin upon you, for Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, and the sin is upon him. Proceed with Hajj if you are able, and your brother's shunning of you does not affect the reward of your Hajj, because the responsibility for that rests with him.
