Whoever is able to travel by land or sea is considered capable of performing Hajj, and capability is not restricted to air travel. Hajj is obligatory to perform immediately, and it is not permissible to delay it without an excuse. Therefore, it is not permissible for one who is capable of performing Hajj by land or sea to delay Hajj while awaiting air travel.
