It is permissible for you to perform Hajj on behalf of your mother if she is unable to perform Hajj herself due to an impediment whose removal is not expected, provided that you have already performed Hajj for yourself, and that your mother grants you permission to perform Hajj on her behalf. Scholars have cited as evidence the of the Khath'amiyyah woman who asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, about performing Hajj on behalf of her incapacitated father.
