It is not permissible to change the birth date fraudulently in order to perform Hajj, as this involves forbidden lying. And whoever's official documents do not permit them to perform Hajj is excused due to lack of ability. A woman's travel for Hajj with a trustworthy company is permissible. Trustworthy company can be composed of men and women together, or men only, or women only. Scholars have differed on whether a mahram (definition) is a condition for istita'ah (ability) or not; some have stipulated it, while others have permitted her travel with trustworthy companions.
