The answer

The Hajj of a minor is valid, but it does not suffice for the Hajj al-Islam. Therefore, if he reaches puberty and is able, he must perform Hajj again. This is the opinion of the majority of scholars from the four madhhabs, and it has been narrated as a consensus. The proof for this is the of Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both: "Whichever child performs Hajj and then reaches puberty, he must perform another Hajj." The Permanent Committee stated that and Hajj performed by a minor are considered supererogatory and do not suffice for Hajj al-Islam and its Umrah.
