What is the concept of Hajj for whoever can find a way to it, and is "ability" only material, or does it also include moral and ethical aspects?

The ability to perform Hajj means having financial capability, physical ability, and a safe route. Therefore, whoever meets these conditions, and is an adult, sane, and free person, Hajj becomes immediately obligatory upon them. For a woman, the presence of a husband or a mahram (definition) is required. As for a person with a chronic illness or a very old person (the Ma'dhoob) who is financially capable, it is incumbent upon them to deputize someone else to perform Hajj on their behalf, provided that the deputy has already performed Hajj for themselves. If they cannot find anyone to deputize, or if they find someone but at a cost exceeding the customary fee, then Hajj is no longer obligatory for them.
