Is a young man permitted to refrain from marriage after the death of a girl he intended to marry, believing that she will be his wife in Paradise, and that a man's worldly wife will be his wife in Paradise?
Marriage is a great blessing and the of the messengers. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged it and warned against abandoning it. It is obligatory for anyone who fears falling into the unlawful. If you wish for your deceased wife to be your wife in Paradise, it is not necessary to abstain from marriage in this world. Your prayer for her to be your wife in Paradise may be answered even if you marry someone else in this world. A wise person should occupy themselves with what brings them closer to Allah. It is important to note that it is impermissible to explicitly or implicitly propose to a irrevocably divorced woman (Bain) or a revocably divorced woman (Raj'iyyah). One should also be wary of interactions between non- men and women, even if it is for the purpose of marriage.
