Is it permissible for a woman to stipulate at the intention of Umrah if she fears that menstruation may begin after Ihrām and before ṭawāf, out of fear of delaying her family?

If a woman intends to perform Umrah (definition) and fears menstruation, she is permitted to make a condition (ishtirat) at the time of ihram (definition) by saying: "O Allah, my place of release is where You detain me." If she then menstruates, she exits her ihram, and there is no penalty upon her. Making a condition is recommended for anyone who fears an impediment such as illness, menstruation, or missing the Hajj. If the feared impediment materializes, one exits ihram, and there is no penalty. However, if there is no fear, making a condition is not recommended.
