Is it permissible for a woman to submit her official documents, which contain her photos, to the employer for the purpose of employment in the women's section?

The preponderant opinion with us is the obligation for a woman to cover her face from non-mahram (definition) men. Some cases are exempted from this, including: looking at her for testimony, or for a transaction such as buying or renting, or a doctor's examination out of necessity, or a suitor's gaze when intending marriage, or if she is an old woman who is not desired. If a woman needs employment and is required to submit her personal photograph, we hope there is no harm in her doing so.
