What is the ruling on a woman joining a cinema or theatrical arts institute to hone her talent in acting for the purpose of earning money and fame? And is Allah’s pleasure with a woman achieved through people’s pleasure with her, as stated in the Hadith: "If Allah loves a slave, He calls Gabriel: 'Indeed, Allah loves so-and-so, so love him.' Gabriel then loves him. Then Gabriel calls out to the inhabitants of the heavens: 'Indeed, Allah loves so-and-so, so love him.' The inhabitants of the heavens then love him, and then he is granted acceptance on Earth"?

It is not permissible for a woman to act in front of non-mahram (definition) men due to its violation of the commands of Sharia (definition), which came with the modesty of women, ordered men to lower their gaze, and commanded women to guard their voices and not to speak in a soft, alluring manner. Acting involves prohibitions such as displaying adornments (tabarruj), mixing with men, and seclusion (khalwa (definition)). The earnings resulting from this work are unlawful. The fame resulting from disobedience is blameworthy and does not indicate Allah's love for the servant, but rather the love of corrupt people.
