Working for this company is permissible if it does not involve assisting in anything forbidden, and if the wage is known and specified. The added commission is not part of the salary but rather a 'ju'l' (a stipulated reward for a specific task), and a 'ju'l' may be a percentage of the profit. There is no objection to the percentage if it comes from the company, unless the client agrees to it with the company's knowledge. It is not permissible to assist women who travel without a , nor to take money from them for doing so, because a woman's travel without a mahram is forbidden.
