What is the ruling on voice conversations in English, for a monthly fee, with foreign teachers for the purpose of learning through an educational website?

It is permissible for a man and a non-mahram (definition) woman to converse out of necessity, provided the woman does not speak in a soft or alluring manner, based on the Almighty’s saying: "Then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate words." Learning a language is considered a valid necessity. However, a Muslim woman is advised to limit her conversations to women to avoid temptation (fitnah).
