The answer

It is permissible for a woman to work in decorating other women with religious stipulations, among them: that the decoration be free of forbidden elements like plucking eyebrows (nams) and hair extensions (wasl), and that she does not adorn a woman who displays her beauty to non- men, whether she is veiled and shows her eyes with striking adornment, or unveiled. It is permissible to adorn a woman who does not display her beauty in front of non-mahram men, and the criterion for this is knowledge or strong presumption. There is no objection to displaying pictures of veiled or unveiled women with their adornment in a place designated for women only. Adherence to Islamic law and not assisting in wrongdoing is advised.
