What is the ruling on one who ejaculated after a Filipino massage therapist sat on his lap without penetration or kissing, and will he be deprived of divine aid and reward?
It is permissible for a man to massage another man, provided there is no fear of temptation, no lust, and no uncovering or touching of the 'awrah (private parts). As for sitting in the lap, it is among the preliminaries to indecency and is forbidden by scholarly consensus. The preliminaries to indecency, when there is pleasure derived from kissing an beardless youth, touching him, or looking at him, are forbidden by the agreement of Muslims. Sodomy has three levels: looking with lust (forbidden), playful interaction, intimacy, and embracing (forbidden), and committing the major indecency. What is obligatory is sincere repentance, regret for sins, abandoning them, resolving not to return to them, and increasing good deeds that expiate sins.
