What should I do about previous requests for illicit photos and videos that are still present in forums, and how can I overcome the feelings of frustration and depression resulting from this matter?
Entering pornographic forums is a great gateway to temptation and incites lust. Islamic law has forbidden looking at women and commanded lowering the gaze. So what about someone who looks at nakedness and watches indecency and immorality? It is forbidden to guide to disobedience and to assist in it, due to His saying, the Almighty: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty). It is obligatory to repent from guiding to disobedience and spreading it, and to offer advice to the forum owners and participants, by clarifying the prohibition of what they are doing.
