Is it obligatory to receive the grant on the date mentioned in the voucher, or is it permissible to receive it earlier, as decided by the local official, in consideration of the students' circumstances?

Scholarship disbursements may not be expedited from their designated dates if the granting bodies have set these dates for legitimate, -compliant purposes. This is because the condition of the grantor must be adhered to, so long as it does not contradict Islamic law. However, if these dates were not set for legitimate, Sharia-compliant purposes, and the matter is merely a routine procedure, then there is no objection to expediting them based on expediency, or if the distribution official has been authorized to do so.
