Is it permissible to seek repentance for all sins in general without remembering them in detail?

It is not a prerequisite to specify each sin for repentance. Rather, comprehensive and absolute repentance from all sins and transgressions, a sincere and pure repentance, is sufficient. Repentance for sins in general is valid.
