What is the ruling regarding a wife in the case of an unintentional miscarriage during the first four months of pregnancy?

By causing it: Diyah is obligatory, and performing kaffarah is recommended. 2. Before forty days: Without causing it: No diyah, no kaffarah, and no sin. By causing it: Repentance is obligatory, but there is no diyah and no kaffarah.
