Cosmetic procedures are divided into those permissible for treatment and defect removal, and those impermissible for enhancing beauty. As for the medical devices used in these procedures, it is permissible to sell them, maintain them, and deal with them, unless it is known that they will be used for unlawful purposes, or their predominant use is inextricably linked to what is forbidden.
