The answer

It is permissible to remove deformities if they cause repulsion and harm. However, it is not permissible to seek treatment from a male doctor if a female doctor is available to perform the procedure. But if a female doctor is not available due to financial circumstances, then there is no harm in seeking treatment from a male doctor, after striving to find a permissible alternative.
