If the company provides medicine to its eligible employees, you may dispose of it by giving it to your wife or daughter if you are truly in need of it, because you have taken possession of it. However, if you obtain the medicine through deceit and fraud, then that is not permissible due to the violation of terms and the presence of fraud. But, if the medicine is essential for your wife and daughter and you find no way to provide it except by taking it from the company in your name, then that is permissible due to necessity, as they have a right upon the state to provide essential treatment.
