The answer

We ask Allah to grant you well-being. Abandoning prayer is not permissible as long as one is of sound mind. Your condition is intermittent سلس ( سلس البول: urinary incontinence), so you must perform ' (purification after urinating/defecating) and wudu' (ablution) for each prayer. If it becomes constant, then you are a person with سلس (incontinence), and it is permissible for you to take precautions and perform wudu' for each prayer. There is no harm in remaining in the mosque with this fluid, provided there is no risk of contamination. Regarding clothes affected by سلس, please refer to no.: 99733.
