A woman should remain in her home. She is permitted to work out of necessity, such as in medicine, provided she adheres to the and avoids impermissible mixing. What the sister mentioned about uncovering the face and hands is forbidden if there is a fear of fitna (temptation/strife) arising from it. Mixing with men and touching them is forbidden, especially during overnight internships. The presence of a women's dormitory close to men is a serious matter and invites fitna. Therefore, what the fiancé said, that the situation is (forbidden), is correct. She must discontinue this study and get married. She can then pursue her specialization in another safe institution with her husband's consent.
