The answer

If the nose is disfigured, deformed, or ugly in a way that causes psychological or physical harm, there is no objection to performing a surgical procedure to restore it to its natural state and remove the defect and harm. It is permissible in Islamic law to perform necessary and essential cosmetic surgery aimed at restoring the shape of body parts to what man was created with, or restoring their function, or correcting congenital or accidental defects that cause physical or moral harm, or removing an ugliness that causes psychological or physical harm. It is not permissible to perform elective cosmetic surgery that is not part of medical treatment and aims to change man's natural creation out of whim.
