What is the ruling on working in a store that distributes medicines and pharmacy supplies containing ingredients in whose production pork is used, knowing that they are sold in all countries of the world, including Islamic ones?

The presence of porcine ingredients in a medicine does not mean it is forbidden to consume or sell it. This is because, during manufacturing, these ingredients often transform into another substance, either through istihalah (essential transformation) or istihlak (dissolution/assimilation). Therefore, there is no harm in working in pharmacies that distribute medicines and related products until there is evidence that necessitates prohibition.
