There is no harm in using the aforementioned adhkar as usernames in forums, as they are not real names. However, the phrase " Allah bil " (Remembrance of Allah in Paradise) is weak in construction. It can be modified to "Dhikr Allah Tareeq al-Jannah" (Remembrance of Allah is the Path to Paradise) or "Dhikr Allah Jannat ad-Dunya" (Remembrance of Allah is the Paradise of this World).
