What is the ruling on a woman using the (Ask) program and openly answering questions from men or unknown individuals, even if she adheres to not speaking in a soft voice (khudu' bil-qawl) or using emojis?

It is permissible for a woman to speak with non-mahram (definition) men when there is a need, provided she adheres to Islamic guidelines and avoids temptation. There is no objection to her participating in social media programs by asking or answering questions, whether the questioner is known or unknown, male or female, as long as the content does not violate Islamic law. Caution must be exercised regarding private conversations that may lead to temptation, as the Sharia (definition) came to block the means leading to the unlawful.
