The answer

There is no harm in creating a family group via modern social media to strengthen kinship ties, provided that the communication is in writing, visible to the entire group, and that the group administrator undertakes to remind members of general etiquette. Members must maintain balanced conversation and avoid jokes that are undignified, as well as words that could have an emotional impact between genders. Whoever does not feel comfortable with such communication should avoid it.
