What is the ruling on opening a girl's Instagram and viewing her photos without her knowledge, given the impossibility of confessing to her, and is repentance accepted?

If a girl's account is public, then her permission is not required to access it. However, for a non- to view her pictures is a sin for which repentance is due.
But if the account is private and a man hacks into it without her knowledge, this is an invasion of her privacy, and another sin added to the viewing of the pictures. He must sincerely repent for all of this.
A Muslim must make good use of social media, and not waste their time on what is of no benefit, or what harms their religion or worldly life.
