Does the father free himself from the unlawful by selling his shop that contains pork and beer and buying a lawful shop?

It is not permissible to sell pork or intoxicating beer, because when Allah prohibits something, He also prohibits its price. Furthermore, disbelievers are addressed by the ancillary rulings of Sharia (definition). Prohibited goods should be returned to their owners to reclaim the price. If this is not possible, then they must be destroyed, just as Muslims poured out wine and destroyed the meat of domestic donkeys. Whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
