The answer

Trading with financial leverage is forbidden by a resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy. Providing recommendations related to it is not permissible because it is an endorsement of the forbidden and an assistance to it. Allah Almighty said: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, providing general information that can be used for both permissible and forbidden purposes, through a public website where the condition of the user is unknown, is not considered forbidden assistance.
