There is no objection to the installment company "Drive" dealing with a "Hyundai" car if it is owned by the same person, provided that no additional charges are imposed on the installments in case of late payment, as that would be usury. As for other brands, the company is not permitted to sell them until it fully owns them, in adherence to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Do not sell what you do not possess." This is applied within the regulations of Murabaha sale for one who commands a purchase.
