How can I reclaim my share of the inheritance, amounting to four carats, from my maternal uncle, who has been procrastinating in giving me my right for 9 years, while maintaining kinship ties?

If the maternal uncle takes the inheritance and denies the right or procrastinates, he has committed a forbidden act, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Every Muslim's blood, wealth, and honor are sacred to another Muslim." The aggrieved party has the right to resort to the judiciary to reclaim their right, and this is not considered a severance of kinship ties.
