The answer

If the deceased left behind only a male, then the mother receives one-third, the full sister receives one-half, and the grandmother is excluded by the mother. The remainder goes to the full paternal uncles, then to the paternal uncles through the father. The maternal uncle and the paternal aunts do not inherit. Due to the complexity and intricacy of inheritance matters, the case must be referred to the courts or experts in this field should be consulted.
