The answer

It is not permissible to enter into a contract conducted by the bank if it necessitates signing a commercial life insurance contract. However, it is permissible to enter into it if the insurance is Takaful (cooperative) and the bank stipulates it as a means of securing its funds. As for stipulating a late penalty, it is not permissible, and it is better not to enter into a contract that includes such a condition. For those who follow someone who permits it out of necessity and in the absence of alternatives, we hope there is no blame upon them.
