What is the ruling on taking compensation money from health insurance, and if it is impermissible to take it, how can one dispose of it?

You are not permitted to pay anything to the health insurance company. If the premium is forcefully deducted from your salary without the possibility of preventing it, then you are allowed to take from the insurance company only the amount that was deducted from you, without any increase.
