The answer

An-Nasa’i, Abu Dawud, and Ahmad narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A time will come upon the people when no one will remain but will consume Riba (usury), and if he does not consume it, some of its dust will afflict him." The scholars in Islamic Fiqh academies have agreed to study new developments and emerging issues, including matters related to banks and insurance companies, and they have issued resolutions and recommendations to address usurious problems. Furthermore, Islamic banks and cooperative insurance companies have spread as an Islamic alternative. Muslims, both as individuals and states, must seek out what is lawful and avoid what is unlawful, and they must find an Islamic alternative for financial transactions.
