The question

Is it permissible for the grandchildren to dispose of their grandmother's inherited money, and does the interdiction of her maternal uncle allow him to dispose of this money and undertake its division among the heirs, and is it permissible to use the money to purchase necessities and needs for the grandmother and to give charity on her behalf?

The answer

If the grandmother is afflicted with memory loss, her wealth is under interdiction and she is not permitted to dispose of it. It remains her property until she recovers or passes away, at which point it transfers to her heirs. The guardian is responsible for managing the wealth to spend on the grandmother and meet her needs. He is allowed to buy and sell as dictated by her best interest, but it is not permissible to make voluntary donations or charity from this wealth.
