Is it permissible to buy a car in installments or with a loan from an interest-based bank that charges interest?

Allah has forbidden usury (riba) and dealing in it, and has prohibited cooperation in sin and aggression. Therefore, it is not permissible to deal with usurious banks whose operations are based on lending with an increase, because this is considered a disguised usurious loan. It is advisable to deal with institutions that do not engage in usury.
