Is it permissible to expand a business with an interest-based loan due to the absence of an Islamic bank in Morocco?

It is not permissible to take a loan with interest (riba) for this purpose or any other, as there is no necessity. Riba is definitively forbidden by the text of the Holy Quran. Committing forbidden acts is not permissible except in cases of dire necessity, which is to be estimated in its true measure. One should be content with the permissible (halal (definition)) money available, for unlawful (haram (definition)) money diminishes the lawful.
