Is it permissible to purchase a shop with an interest-bearing loan and rent it out to others such that the rent equals the bank installment, in order to avoid paying from one's private funds?

Usurious loans are forbidden and impermissible to undertake. The fact that the usurious loan is repaid from the rent of the shop or from any other money does not absolve one of sin or make it permissible to enter into a usurious contract. Usury is devoid of blessing; Allah says: "Allah destroys interest and gives increase for charities." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses, and counted it among the seven destructive sins.
