The apartment bought with a usurious loan is a legitimate property of its owner, and it is not permissible to demolish or destroy it. The owner must repent to Allah from usury. It is permissible to rent it from him if he repents, otherwise, it is not permissible to rent it; because it involves cooperation in sin and aggression.
