Is it permissible to spend bank profits on my son's marriage or on a down payment for an apartment?

It is not permissible to deposit money in a usurious bank. The account holder must withdraw their funds and repent to Allah. As for the interest generated from the deposit, it must be spent on general Muslim welfare, and it is permissible to give it to the poor. If the children are poor, they have priority, but if they are not poor, it is not permissible.
