Is it permissible to take usurious money that a brother is getting rid of, if the questioner is in debt?

Your brother is not permitted to deal with savings accounts, and he must repent and withdraw his money from the usurious bank. He should spend the interest on the welfare of Muslims. There is no harm for you in taking a portion of this interest to pay off your debt if you are unable to repay it otherwise.
