It is not permissible to work for this association that lends with interest, because that involves cooperating in sin and aggression. This applies even if the usurious profits are spent on good causes, because the end does not justify the means. The association can replace its usurious activity with permissible investment methods such as Musharakah (definition) (partnership), Mudarabah (definition) (profit-sharing), and Murabaha (cost-plus financing).
