The answer

The ruling on depositing money in the post office was previously explained in no. 32714. A Muslim who has done so must repent and dispose of the usurious interest without benefiting from it. The method of disposing of it is outlined in Fatwa no. 31569. As for the ruling on social insurance and benefiting from it, this is explained in Fatwa no. 34589.
