It is permissible to purchase cars through Murabaha to the one who promises to buy, provided that the controls for this sale are met. If these conditions are met, it is permissible to buy from Islamic banks. As for usurious banks, it is not permissible to deal with them, due to the cooperation in sin and transgression involved, and because they do not adhere to Sharia controls.
