Nothing from it may be spent except for their own maintenance and the maintenance of those whose support is obligatory upon them. The guardian must preserve the interdicted person's wealth and dispose of it only in ways that benefit them. Accordingly, the father's wealth is to be preserved for him, and it is not permissible to give charity from it during his lifetime. There is no harm in fencing the land because it serves the interest of preserving his wealth. As for his will regarding slaughtering animals and giving charity after his death, it is to be executed after his demise within the limits of one-third of the estate. Any amount exceeding one-third is contingent upon the approval of the heirs.
