The answer

Bonds are certificates by which the issuer undertakes to pay the holder the nominal value at maturity, with an agreed interest or conditional benefit. The Islamic Fiqh Academy has prohibited bonds that represent an obligation to pay their value with interest or a conditional benefit, whether issued by a private or public entity, because they are usurious loans. Similarly, bonds with prizes are prohibited due to their inclusion of suspicion of gambling and conditional benefit. The legitimate alternative is bonds or based on (profit-sharing) for an investment project, whereby their holders receive a percentage of the profit of this project if it is actually realized.
